UpLead vs Lusha: plans and credits side by side
On the same monthly billing, UpLead Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits, and Lusha Starter is $49.90 a month for 400 credits. The credits are not the same unit, because a Lusha phone number costs 5 credits. On annual billing, Essentials is $74 a month and Lusha Starter is $37.45 a month, billed yearly. All prices are as read on October 30, 2026.

Try UpLead →Why the credits are not equal: emails and phone numbers
One UpLead credit unlocks a contact with email and mobile direct dial, a direct phone number rather than a headquarters line. Lusha charges 1 credit to reveal a verified email and 5 credits to reveal a phone number, so 400 Lusha credits are not 400 contacts with phones.
Lusha says its route for a wrong record is to flag the field on the contact record, and it notes that US mobile numbers carry Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) obligations that stay with the buyer. This is general information, not legal advice.
Rollover and annual credits at UpLead and Lusha
UpLead's terms say credits do not roll over. UpLead's annual cards show 2,040 credits for Essentials and 4,800 for Plus, without saying whether they arrive at once or monthly. Lusha's monthly credits roll over up to twice the plan limit, and on annual plans all credits arrive up front and reset at the end of the annual cycle.
Lusha's FAQ asks for cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal date. UpLead's help center applies 60 days' notice to annual plans and says monthly plans can be canceled at any time, and its terms ask for 60 days before any renewal date.
Lusha's free plan against UpLead's trial
Lusha Free gives 40 credits a month for one seat, needs no credit card and does not expire, because Lusha calls it a plan, not a trial. Lusha's FAQ adds that CSV export is a paid feature.
UpLead has no free plan. Its trial lasts 7 days with 5 credits, the help center says payment details are entered at activation, and an account not canceled by day 7 is billed $890 annually for the Essentials Plan.
Seats, and who should pick which
Lusha Pro includes 2 seats and Premium 5. Lusha's pricing page says teams larger than 5 users should contact its sales team, while its FAQ says Pro can grow to 10 seats and Premium to 25, so ask Lusha for the seat limit of the plan you pick. UpLead Essentials and Plus are one user each.
- Lusha for a buyer who mostly needs emails, wants a free plan of 40 credits a month, and values monthly credits that roll over up to twice the plan limit.
- UpLead for a buyer who needs mobile direct dials, since one credit covers email and mobile together.
Lusha starts free; UpLead starts with a 7-day trial of 5 credits that becomes a paid plan on day 7 unless you cancel. See UpLead vs Apollo for the per-seat rival, free B2B contact database options for a no-cost start, and UpLead pricing for every plan.
