Try UpLead →Credits and exports at ZoomInfo and Apollo.io
ZoomInfo spends one credit per export of a contact or company profile, when it goes to a CSV file or an application, and credits can be added to any package. Some integrations carry a base cost and a minimum purchase of bulk credits.
Apollo.io has Email, Mobile and Export credits. They are pooled across the team and granted up front at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle, add-on credits included.
On bounces, Apollo.io says it refunds the credits in the next billing cycle when you send to an Apollo-verified email within 30 days of requesting it and the email bounces. The refund covers emails sent within Apollo, not mobile numbers. ZoomInfo's pricing and trial pages state no bounce or refund rule.
Trials and free plans
ZoomInfo says it typically offers a 7-day trial for new users. Its trial page says no credit card is required and that trial length and terms may vary. The trial includes core platform features such as contact and company search, intent signals and email outreach, with usage limits.
Apollo.io has a free plan at $0 per seat, with 75 credits per seat a month on the monthly view. Its Basic and Professional plans show a Start 14-day trial button, and the trial includes 75 credits and most features of the plan you pick.
Intent signals and team seats
ZoomInfo's pricing page lists buyer intent signals under Copilot Advanced and real-time buyer intent signals under Copilot Enterprise. Its FAQ says packaging follows the number of licenses and the level of data access, and its sales team works out payment frequency with you.
On Apollo.io, all seats on an account share one plan, so seats cannot be split across plans. Organization needs at least 3 seats.
Where UpLead fits as a third option
UpLead is the third option for a buyer who wants a published price and an email plus a mobile direct dial in one credit. Essentials is $99 a month, billed monthly, with 170 credits, or $74 a month, billed annually, for one user. Plus is also a one-user plan. UpLead lists intent data under Professional, which is billed annually only, with price on request.

UpLead, the third option here, has a 7-day trial with 5 credits and asks for payment details at activation. Its help center says an account not canceled by day 7 is billed for the Essentials annual plan.
